Lifetime Aluminum Structure Warranty

The aluminum framing components are covered by the manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by hurricanes, tornadoes, high winds, hail, flooding, lightning, or other acts of God.
  • Damage caused by impact, abuse, accidents, fire, vandalism, or neglect.
  • Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by anyone other than Georgia ScreenRooms or an authorized representative.
  • Normal wear, fading, oxidation, scratches, or cosmetic changes that do not affect structural integrity.

Manufacturer warranty terms and limitations apply.

Lifetime Screen Replacement Warranty

Georgia ScreenRooms proudly provides a Lifetime Screen Replacement Warranty for the original residential purchaser.

Covered

  • Replacement of damaged or failed screen mesh under normal residential use.
  • All replacement labor included at no additional charge.
  • Removal and installation of replacement screen performed by Georgia ScreenRooms.

Not Covered

  • Damage from acts of God, fire, vandalism, abuse, negligence, pets, wildlife, insects, or other causes beyond normal residential use.
  • Commercial installations or rental properties unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Specialty screen products unless otherwise specified.

5-Year Installation Workmanship Warranty

Georgia ScreenRooms warrants its installation workmanship for five (5) years from the date of installation.

This warranty covers defects resulting from improper installation performed by Georgia ScreenRooms.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal settling of structures.
  • Existing structural defects in the home, deck, patio, or foundation.
  • Damage caused by weather, movement of existing structures, or modifications made after installation.
Claims & Limits

How Coverage Works

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Notify Georgia Screen Rooms within 30 days of discovering the issue.
  • Provide photographs of the affected area.
  • Provide proof of original purchase.
  • Allow Georgia Screen Rooms reasonable access to inspect the installation before any repairs are made.

If your claim is approved, Georgia ScreenRooms will replace the screen material and perform all labor at no cost to you. Georgia ScreenRooms reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace covered materials or workmanship at its sole discretion.

General Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty does not include:

  • Travel charges outside our normal service area.
  • Removal or reinstallation of customer-owned accessories.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or acts of negligence.
  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

Transferability

Unless otherwise stated in writing, this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
